JEFF HARADINE

Jeff, a lifelong boating enthusiast, is a founding member of Barletta Boats. He began as VP of Sales and played a critical role in launching the brand before stepping into the role of president in 2022 following Barletta’s acquisition by Winnebago Industries. Today, Jeff leads company strategy, supports an exceptional team, and still makes time to enjoy the boats that bring people together.

Jeff’s marine industry career began in 2002 with the opening of WakeSide Marine, a dealership that helped shape his passion for boating. He has served on the board of the Marine Retailers Association of the Americas (MRAA) and partnered in an RV and marine supply company that continues to be operated by his brother. Outside of work, Jeff is a dedicated family man who married his high school sweetheart, Jamie, and raised two daughters, Reese and Delaney.

Jeff’s favorite moments are spent on the water in Three Rivers, MI, whether that’s an early morning slalom run, sailing a Hobie Cat, or cruising at sunset in a Barletta with friends and family. As Jeff puts it, “We don’t just build boats, we create experiences that bring people closer to each other and the water.”
